This Data Protection Policy (“Policy“) sets out the basis which Two Bars (referred to as “we“, “us“, or “our“) may collect, use, and/or disclose personal data of our subscribers in order to carry out our activities and operations. This Policy is intended to comply with Singapore data protection laws under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA“).
From time to time, we may update this Policy to ensure that this Policy is consistent with legal requirements. You are encouraged to periodically review this Policy to stay aware of how we are protecting your information.
By checking the box to agree to this Policy and subscribing to us, you are deemed to have consented by notification to all updates to this Policy.
PERSONAL DATA
Our Policy applies to personal data that we collect, use, and disclose in order to carry out our activities and operations, which could include (but is not limited to) sending you newsletters and updates, and enabling you to access online services.

We use personal data only to provide you services that you have subscribe for or to which you requested access, to manage any queries or feedback from you, to verify your identity when necessary, and for marketing and promotions.
We may disclose personal data where such disclosure is required to perform obligations in the course of or in connection with our activities and operations, to third party services that we have engaged to administer your subscription, to help us perform statistical analysis, send you emails or provide customer support, and/or when disclosure is required to comply with the law.
We do not sell or grant access to our list of subscribers’ personal data.
WITHDRAWING CONSENT
The consent that you provide for the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data shall remain valid until such a time that it is withdrawn by you. You may unsubscribe to our services at any time.
You are able to withdraw consent either via the links provided to you upon subscription or by emailing us at subscriptions@two-bars.com.
Upon receiving your request to unsubscribe, we may require reasonable time to process it. Please be informed that we would usually require 1-3 business days to process your request. Please note that once consent is withdrawn, all services requiring subscription will no longer be available to you.
ACCURACY, ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We rely on you to ensure that your personal data is accurate. You may update your personal data for completeness or accuracy at any time. You may request a copy of the personal data we have about you and/or request a correction of such personal data at any time.
You are able to update your personal data, request a copy of personal data that we have about you, and request corrections to your personal data, either via the links provided to you upon subscription or by emailing us at subscriptions@two-bars.com.
Upon receiving your requests, we may require reasonable time to process it. Please be informed that we would usually require 1-3 business days to process your requests.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
To safeguard your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure, we minimise collection of personal data, and store all personal data you provide in computer servers in a secure, protected and controlled environment.
You should be aware, however, that no method of online transmission or of electronic storage is ever completely secure. While security cannot be guaranteed, we strive to protect the security of your personal data and will constantly review our protection measures.
TRANSFER OUT OF SINGAPORE
We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we ever do so, we will obtain your consent for the transfer to be made, and we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that required under the PDPA.
